The terrain varies from thick bushveld to open bushveld. The area is fairly flat. This will be a typical safari where you look for animals in the vehicle and then get out and stalk them on foot. Although that method will be used some, you will do a lot of hunting on foot and you may also hunt out of the strategically placed hides to get you close to some of these magnificent animals. There are some great trophies on these concessions, but you will have to work to harvest the best heads. Although you will see many animals each day, some challenging hunting is the order of the day. This plains game hunting package in South Africa will utilize a 3-star lodge with individual chalets having comfortable accommodations. Although not a 5-star lodge hunt, this hunt features nice clean accommodations and takes place in a part of South Africa that features excellent hunting. Power is permanent and cell phone service and internet wi-fi are available. They have a backup generator for those dreaded South African Load-Sharing events. The individual chalets feature in-suite bathrooms and showers with hot water. The food and service are great and the hunting is awesome! This is about as wild as hunting can get in South Africa today!
This area is not a malaria area. No special precautions are required!
Recommended rifle calibers for this plains game hunting package in South Africa are from .30-06 up to .375. If bow hunting, the outfitter requires that you use a minimum of a 60# bow and fixed broadheads only.
Animals not harvested on this hunt will be removed from the final price at the pro-rated discounted price that was used when creating this package. Additional animals are available during this hunt and may be viewed on the pricelist below:

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable but hunts can be extended in the same year or to subsequent years one time at the outfitter's discretion. Any increase in price or increase due to the exchange rate for hunts that are extended to subsequent years will be the client’s responsibility. All rescheduled hunts are subject to a $150 administration fee, which will be collected by the booking agent before processing the change.
