ABOUT THIS BOW HUNTING SAFARI

This is a bow hunter's dream hunt that occurs on a 25,000-acre game-filled concession that features lots of animals and is not overhunted. You will see lots of animals while hunting here. Both blind hunting and spot and stalk are available.

THE BOW HUNTING SAFARI AREA

This discounted bow hunting safari in South Africa will take place near Alldays in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. The privately owned property consists of one large 25,000-acre property. This ranch has lots of animals and has exceptional quality sable, roan, kudu, waterbuck, and impala on it. There is also a herd of Cape buffalo roaming this vast property! There are plenty of big trophies on these concessions!

This single contiguous property consists of unspoiled bushveld, riverine bush, and open savannahs. The area is just north of the Soutpansberg Mountains and has a great diversity of flora to support the indigenous species that have roamed this area for hundreds of years. This diversity of terrain allows for the large variety of game found on these concessions. There is always some kind of action going on at the waterholes. This concession is also great for photography.

This is first-class hunting for excellent quality trophies in prime areas that are not over-hunted.  The package price is low for a bow hunt of this quality.

THE BOW HUNTING SAFARI

This bow-hunting safari will primarily take place from strategically placed blinds positioned near waterholes. The hunting area boasts a total of ten bow hunting blinds including 4 permanent ground-level blinds, 4 elevated blinds, and 2 tree stands. Pop-up blinds are also available should they be needed.

Depending on the hunters preferences, this safari will be carefully planned and executed to achieve the goals set by the hunter. Hunting by spot and stalk methods may be tried if the hunter desires to go that route, but to complete the animals in the package, some blind hunting may be necessary.

The best times of the year for this hunt are near the new moon from June – September, en it is dry and many of the leaves have fallen. The animal traffic at the waterholes picks up substantially during this time of the year. Other animals are available during this hunt:

THE BOW HUNTING SAFARI LODGE

While hunting you will stay at a well-appointed 4-star lodge. The staff will focus on your smallest needs and will ensure that your safari is one to remember! The food you will eat is excellent and you will eat wild game daily. The accommodations consist of comfortable beds and in-suite bathrooms. Internet service is available at the lodge, but cell phone service is not.

The lodge features a pool and has a great fire pit area for relaxing at night after the hunt. This is truly a lodge that you will enjoy hunting from!

GETTING THERE

The outfitter will pick hunters up in Johannesburg or Polokwane and will provide road transportation to and from the hunting lodge. It is approximately a 4.5-hour drive from the airport in Johannesburg to the lodge. From Polokwane, it is 1.5 hours. Depending on your time of arrival, you may wish to overnight at the AfricaSky Boutique Hotel and then take the drive to the outfitter's lodge the next morning, or you can fly to Polokwane the next morning and then make the short drive to the lodge

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $1,500 US per hunter and $250 per observer is due at the time of booking.

The balance of the daily rates plus any additional fees incurred including additional animals shot or wounded is due at the end of the hunt in cash, wire transfer, or credit card (Master Card & Visa), prior to departing camp

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but safaris can be rescheduled one time up to 90 days prior to the safari subject to the outfitter’s available dates.  Safaris that are rescheduled for subsequent years are subject to that subsequent year’s trophy fees.  All rescheduled safaris are subject to a $150 administrative fee that is paid directly to the agent.
