THE HUNTING
This discounted Free State plains game safari takes place in South Africa’s Free State 3 hours south of Bloemfontein on a 4,400-acre privately owned concession. The outfitter also hunts a 6,000-acre concession that is 3 hours west of Bloemfontein and 1 hour from Kimberly. That lodge is a 4-star lodge and features nearby golf courses, bass fishing, game hiking and viewing and much more. Over 80% of the animals taken by his clients are qualified for entry into the SCI record book! You will see a lot of animals while on this discounted Free State plains game safari. You will eat the game that you shoot on this safari. The kudu pie is unbelievable! I have hunted with this outfitter four times now and all have been fabulous safaris. I took a great Eastern Cape kudu, a caracal, bontebok, blue duiker, oribi, and many other nice trophies. This outfitter donates much of his money generated by the hunts to help improve the lives of the native peoples of South Africa. THE LODGES
The main lodge on the 4,000-acre property consists of a converted farmhouse that I would rate as a 3-star lodge featuring very comfortable bedrooms, a great fireplace and seating room, a dining area inside, and a large boma/cooking/dining area outside that can be enclosed in inclement weather. A nearby but separate guest quarter is also available and another lodge has been constructed at a high point and features a commanding view of the property. The overall facilities are very nice and you will be comfortable and well-fed during your stay.

Deposit Policy: The deposit to book this safari is $1,000. The balance of the daily rates and trophy fees for any animals taken or wounded are due in cash at the end of the safari. The outfitter does not accept credit cards. If you do not wish to carry large amounts of cash, funds may be deposited in the US in advance.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of death or terminal illnesses. Safaris may be rescheduled at the discretion of the outfitter.
