DEPOSIT POLICY

30% of the package total is due at booking to reserve dates.

The balance of the package price and any other charges including trophy fees for additional animals taken or wounded are due by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or in US cash at the end of the hunt prior to departing camp.

REFUND POLICY:  Deposits are non-refundable. Safaris may be rescheduled once subject to the outfitter's open dates as long as the outfitter is notified at least 60 days before the start of the safari. Any rescheduled or canceled safaris are subject to a $150 administration fee to be paid directly to the agent. Safaris that are rescheduled for a later year are subject to that subsequent year’s pricing.  In the case of a terminal illness or death, a full refund will be made.
