This is a great value on a discounted Oribi hunt with a long-established outfitter near Durban in South Africa’s beautiful KwaZulu-Natal province. This oribi hunt in South Africa will take place on an 11,000-acre free-range, privately owned concession. This large farm is home to lots of oribis and you will see many other free-range animals while hunting oribi. 

You will be targeting and taking a mature trophy male oribi. They have strict criteria on the age of the oribi that are allowed to be harvested, which is what has helped generate many trophy oribis in this area.

The area where the oribi hunt will take place is quite mountainous, so some walking is involved. Your hunt will be by spot-and-stalk, and only older, mature Oribi males will be targeted. Other tiny ten animals are also available should you take your Oribi early in the hunt. You will also see many more free-range animals while searching for your trophy oribi, and other trophies are available per the price list:

You will stay at a 3-star lodge and dine on great meals. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms and have queen-size beds with down duvets and comfy pillows. Both cell phone service and Internet service are available at the lodge. Between hunting sessions, you may retire to your luxury suite to relax and prepare for one of the meals that South Africa is famous for. South African red and white wines and cold beer will be served at meals and around the fire pit. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

Deposit Policy:  A deposit of $1,000 is due at the time of booking. The balance of the package plus trophy fees for any other animals shot or wounded is due at the end of the hunt in US cash or may be wired in advance. In the unlikely event that you do not harvest an oribi, you will only be charged the daily rate of $333 / day.

Refund Policy:  Deposits will be refunded only if the client cancels the safari within 30 days of confirmation of booking, subject to a 15% administration fee, and provided cancellation is done at least 90 days before the date of commencement of the safari. Safaris may be rescheduled at the discretion of the outfitter.
